Songbird Contest is an international songwriting contest open to amateur and professional songwriters. Songbird Contest is open year-round and features a monthly contest as well as a year-end “Songwriter of the Year” competition.
Each month, Contestant songs will be posted on Facebook and Twitter to gain exposure and then voted on for the last week of the month. At midnight on the last day of the month the votes are tallied and a winner is announced the next day.
Monthly Winners receive a $100 cash prize and a write up on the Songbird Contest website and Facebook page.
Our year end “Songwriter of the Year” competition is open to all finalists. The Top Songwriter of the Year will be awarded a $1,000 in cash, an announcement in a national magazine and prizes from Tunecore and iTunes.
